The Alchemist Book Story

Part 1-

This story is about a Shepard boy named Santiago. He lived in Andalucia, Spain, and used to feed sheep. Once, while grazing his sheets, he reached a place where he met a beautiful girl with black hair from a shopkeeper who used to buy them.

Santiago liked that girl very much and like every time this year too, he was thinking of going back to the same place in the hope of meeting that girl. He used to roam around in the hinterland area of Spain where there was no shortage of grass and water.

He used to keep a jacket to avoid the cold at the night, but there was a lot of heat during the day, so he did not like to carry around with the jacket. "But one must remain ready for any change in life, whether day or night or big things in life", he himself used to say because the jacket would protect him from the cold at night.

The boy's family wanted him to become a priest but that boy was very fond of traveling, so he became a shepherd so that he could always roam around with his sheets.

He had the same dream twice when he was sleeping in a broken room in a church where a big tree had grown. Then he went to meet a Mystic Lady in the town named Taarifa, which used to say the meaning of dreams.

So that gypsy woman told that boy's dream meaning that he should go to the pyramid of Egypt where he will find a treasure. And when he gets that treasure, then he gives the tenth part of it to the gypsy lady as a fee.

But that boy did not pay much attention to this and started walking in the town. Then he got an old man. At first, Santiago had no interest in talking to him, but that old men's wizard impressed him and they both started talking.

That old man told that he is the king of Salem. He also helped Santiago to reach his dream. He also told Santiago that he often helps people in some way to reach their destination. Now that Santiago had given up before reaching his destination, so he came to him to show him the right path.

That old man told him that life always gives us some signs or clues so that we can choose the right direction. Then he told Santiago that he would have to pay the tenth part of his sheets as a fee for the remaining guidance lesson. The next day Santiago met the old man at fix time who gave him two stones. One of them was Stone Black and the other was White.

The old man told Santiago that if he ever had any confusion in search of his destination, he could make his decision with the help of these two stones. He also advised her that if she sees a good omen, then take care who will help her reach her destination. Then suddenly a butterfly flew over the face of Santiago, who was a good omen.

And then the same day that boy reached a place called Tangier of Africa. He was sitting there at a time that a man came to him. The man asked him in Spanish what he had come to do in this new place. Now it was another omen for that boy. Santiago told him that he had to go to the pyramids and if the man-made a guide and took him to the place, he would give him money.

The man disappeared from the busy market with money from Santiago and kept looking at Santiago. He was very sad, then suddenly he remembered those two stones. When he took those strings out of his pocket, he remembered that old man.

That old man said, "If you want something from the heart, then all this work helps him to meet you"

Seeing those two stents, Santiago felt as if the old man was with him as a spirit and was inspiring him to move forward in search of treasure. Despite losing his money, Santiago did not give up and somehow managed to survive in that strange city with the experience of his shipyard. Now his self-confidence and confidence became even stronger.

Then he got a crystal cellar. Santiago told the crystal cellar that if he could feed him, he could do some of his work in return. The shopkeeper got him lunch and then asked him to clean the glass items kept in his shop. While he was cleaning the glassware, two customers came to the shop at the same time and bought some goods. Now that shop owner also used to live in omen, he hired Santiago forever.

But Santiago did not have to work there, he needed money to go to the pyramids. Hearing that, he laughed at the shop and he told that the pyramids are thousands of kilometers away and a lot of money is needed to get there. Hearing this, the intention of Santiago began to change, he thought why not earn so much money by working that he went back to his native place and bought the sheets and started the work of shipyard again.

Part 2-

The boy wanted to build a new cabinet for the crystals so that he could earn a lot of money as soon as possible and go back to his town and start the work of the shipyard. The shopkeeper agreed with him because he had Sympathy from Santiago.

He himself had been dreaming of going to Mecca for many years but had never been able to go, so that is why he wanted at least the wish of Santiago to be fulfilled.

Therefore, he advised Santiago that he should sell tea in crystal glasses to attract more customers. Although his shop was doing well and he had no need to expand the shop by working hard, he still agreed to help Santiago. Because in the Destiny of Santiago, this decision of that shopkeeper was also contributed.

And this decision brought a big change because by selling tea in crystal glass, this shop became very famous and it got a huge commercial success. When Santiago got a lot of money, he decided to go back to his home.

But before leaving, he wanted to get the blessings from the shopkeeper. The shopkeeper gave him the blessing and also proclaimed that Santiago would not be able to go back to Spain. Santiago collected all his belongings and also kept the two stones of the King in his pocket.

As soon as he agreed to go to Andalusia, then he got a thought. Whatever had happened to him till now, he thought about it all.

He suddenly realized that he could go to his country and become a shepherd but he would not get the chance to go to the pyramids again. He thought about seeing those two stones given by the King. He started looking at his decision. Now he had changed his mind and set out to go to the pyramids.

He reached a warehouse where he found an Englishman who was very much like Santiago. The man also knew the two stones that were near Santiago. This was an omen for Santiago. Then they both started walking along with a caravan going to Egypt, whose head was a bearded man.

The caravan was passing through a desert. At first, there was a lot of agitation in the caravan, but then everyone started walking quietly. During the journey, Santiago became friends with his camel runner and both of them started telling each other about their lives.

Both realize a Philosophical Truth. He felt as if Destiny has already planned everything because everything in life is related to something else. In between the journeys, they also found Beduins, who was the Tribe's Mysteries Protector Tribe. He used to alarm them about the dacoits of the Desert and the dangers coming up and disappear again. Once, he also got the information that there was going to be a war in the middle of the tribals, which all the people were scared to hear but it was no longer possible to return. And when it is not possible to go back, then it is a possible way to keep moving forward.

As they were moving forward, the Englishman took more interest in the Desert and that boy in that Englishman's books. So it was a kind of small role reversal. The Englishman was interested in the art of changing any metal to gold, that is, alchemy.

But the more Santiago read those books, the more confused he became because he could not understand the languages of those books and the symbols made in them. He wanted to learn all this in Easy Way, but the Englishman said that "Higher knowledge is given to the one who gives a lot of time and reads these books with great pleasure".

Now their caravan was moving fast and they were going on a non-stop day and night to avoid Tribal War. And his caravan in the final escaped from the tribal war and somehow reached the oasis. Then that alchemist eagerly awaited a man who was going to tell him some secrets, at the confinement of his omen. After taking off their weapons, the caravan's people found a place to stay in Oasis. And then the next day the Englishmen set out with the boy in search of an alchemist.

They reached a well. Few women were standing in black clothes. Someone told Santiago that it was forbidden to talk to married women there, so they kept waiting. After some time, they saw an unmarried woman coming towards the well. She was so beautiful that Santiago kept looking at her. And then for the first time, he understood the language of love which is spoken the same in the whole world. His heart was testifying that both of them were made for each other.

Upon Santiago's asking, the girl called her name Fatima. Now every day he used to go to meet her for fifteen minutes at the well which had become his life. Then soon the news also started flying that the Tribal War is going to be long lasting and till this is over, those people cannot leave from there.

Now he had no other option but to stay in Oasis and he might have to spend many more years there. That girl also wanted Santiago as much. Both had now come very close. Santiago had told him everything about his life, also about the treasure.

Fatima told him not to leave the search for the treasure. There were two paths in front of him. Either they stay in this oasis to find answers to their questions or they can catch the path of the desert. But once again he set out in search of this treasure. By this time it had become very dark.

Then he showed another omen. Two hawks were flying over him when one attacked the other. At that time, as he himself had entered the soul of this world, due to which the interference of that omen was that there would be an attack on Oasis. He told this to his camel driver who told him that he should go and tell this to the Chief of Oasis. So Santiago went and told the chief.

The chief consulted his colleagues and thought to test the truth of this news. Santiago was told that everyone would be ready for the next day and if his attack came true, Santiago would be rewarded. And if his statement turns out to be false, Santiago will have to lose his life in return.

Santiago took this decision as his Destiny. Then when he started going back, he found a horseman who was very surprised. When he asked the secret of the omen from Santiago, Santiago told him everything and he also said that he did not know his prediction.

The horseman seemed satisfied with this answer, and he let him go and said that the courage of this boy is the key that can be understood as the language of this world. On hearing such deep words of that horseman, Santiago remembered the old king. This small gesture of that horseman makes him know that he is the alchemist and that Santiago was to meet him if he survived his attack.

And Next Day really attacked him. Five Hundred Horsemen surrounded the Oasis. But the people living in Oasis were completely ready and all the attackers were killed except their leader in just half an hour. The leader was brought to the chief for questioning and was hanged with a large owner. Santiago received 50 gold coins in the prize and there was talk of making him a councilor for the Tribe. The fight was over now, so Santiago went to meet the alchemist who invited him for dinner in his tent.

He told Santiago to go to the pyramid in search of treasure. But when Santiago said that he had found Fatima as a treasure, the alchemist cut it off. He told Santiago that he did not get Fatima from the pyramid so she could not be a treasure. He then advised Santiago that he should sell his camels and take a horse as he would be more dependable.

The next night they both set out on a journey together. The alchemist asked Santiago to lead him to the desert. In the beginning, Santiago got a little confused, then the boy learned that wherever the path is found, keep going. And thus his horse took him to a spot where he saw the life form as a snake. This was the omen that the alchemist wanted to see.

He was commissioned to take Santiago to the treasury, but that boy just wanted to spend a peaceful life with Fatima while staying in the oasis. On this, the alchemist told Santiago that his life would be good for some time, but if he did not find the treasure now, he would later regret it and would never be happy. Because it is written in his Destiny to find the treasure.

They both returned to Oasis again for a night bite. Santiago once again made up his mind that he would follow his Destiny and he told the same to the alchemist. And the next day they both set out on their journeys before the sun rose.

They kept roaming in the desert. Santiago's heart was getting heavy in Fatima's separation. The alchemist told him that he forgot the old things and went ahead. If Fatima's love is written in her luck, then she will definitely get it. The boy was growing in that desert, he was learning a lot from the desert. They continued to avoid the path of a war zone, sometimes they used to know from the smell of blood that there was a war somewhere. And in this way, they had come close enough to their journeys while walking very carefully. Where a large stretch of Desert was spread on which a heavy battle was going on.

A lot of Conflict Moments came in front of the time of the entire Journey of Santiago. Sometimes he was happy and sometimes he was sad. He told this to the alchemist. The alchemist used to listen to his things very carefully so that Santiago would talk openly to him and feel good about his search. Because he was moving towards his destination and every moment of it meant for him.

Till now, he had learned a lot from the experiences of his past and whatever he was today, wherever he was, was due to his learning. All this was part of big planning of life, this planning was written by the unseen hands who write the planning of everyone's life. Hart learned that fear of traveling and failure is greater than fear of traveling and failure. All these knowledgeable minds of Santiago were calm now. When she shared all this with the alchemist, she said that she is now fully prepared for her Destiny.

But he still had to give the boy the last lesson and this lesson was "he had to be prepaid to give his test what he has learned so far", and this is because every search starts with luck from the beginner. So that the lessons we have learned should be completely absorbed in us for life, and then soon the day of the test also came.

He was surrounded by a trib. They took him to his chief and started questioning. To save lives, the alchemist gave all the gold of Santiago to those people. And at the same time, he also said that the boy has such power that he will show them as air and if that does not happen, then they can kill him in three days.

Now, this thing had become too much for Santiago, he was very afraid of what would happen next. At the end of the first day, Santiago told the alchemist that he did not know how to wind up. To this, the alchemist replied that it is his problem because he knows this magic. On the second day, that boy sat on a mountain all day and kept talking to the desert.

When the time came to show his magic on the third day, he requested help from the desert. Desert asked him a few questions, which the boy courageously answered. The Desert agreed to give him his send and told him that he asked for help from the air. When Santiago asked for help from the wind, the wind also asked some questions and he gave courage in the same way.

He convinced the wind to move so fast that he could take help from the sky. The wind agreed to it and started to run loudly. The boy then spoke to Suraj and got him to shine as well. Suraj told him to talk to those hands who have written all this. Now that boy started praying. His lover was silent but his heart was connected to the one above.

He got the power of the Soul of God and realized that the Soul of God is also present inside him. He understood this secret that no one knows what they have to do because the whole plan is written in the hands of those supreme power. And he has written a plan for everyone. Some people understand this and those who do not understand become fooled. When Santiago came to know of this secret, he realized that there is no difference between him and the hands who wrote his Destiny, they have become one. And as soon as it was revealed to him, he showed himself to be transformed into the air with the help of the above.

Everyone was shocked and Santiago won the bet. He and the alchemist were released and guards were also given by the tribes to follow along, which they could keep as far as they wanted. As they walked, they reached a Montessori where they spoke goodbye to the guards and proceeded. The alchemist showed him a way that could turn into gold. Both separated from there. The alchemist returned to the oasis and Santiago continued in search of the treasure. He was listening to his heart and kept moving forward.

And finally, he reached the pyramids. Seeing his destination, he cried and where his tears fell, he showed him a beetle which was considered to be the symbol of God in that area. He felt this another omen and started digging there. He dug deep enough but nothing came out.

Then some tribe men came to him who were returning from the war after saving their lives. He took away all the gold from Santiago which was given to him by the alchemist as a parting gift. He thrashed Santiago and asked him to dig deep into the sand. When the boy told them that he had seen a treasure buried here in the dream, those people felt that they would not get anything here because dreams never come true.

On the way, the Chief of Tribesmen told him that he too had seen a dream that the treasure is hidden inside a church in Spain where a Saikamor tree has grown in a broken room. Saying this, the chief and his companions left from there.

The boy started laughing happily as this eject was the place where he had dreamed of the treasure of Egypt. There was indeed a treasure, but the way to get it was so long that he had to reach the pyramids in the desert first and then knew about it through someone else. If he had not followed his own Destiny, he would probably never have found the treasure that was hidden in his own country.

Epilogue

Santiago went to the church and dug up the treasure. Then he went to the gypsy woman whom he had promised to give one-tenth. After that, she felt the fragrance in the air which she remembered very well and which was sitting on her lips as a memory. This scent is also from Fatima's. He gave a loud voice to his love, "I am coming, Fatima!"
